John Stansbury is a happy (mostly) person. And he doesn’t like talking about himself. But he does like writing about his internet website doohickey.
So…what’s up with the ‘Mac’ thing?
In 2003, John decided to make up one singular identity so that he didn’t have to just go as ‘John Stansbury’ all over the place. So, adding three letters to his last name, he became MacStansbury. Then he added the requisite chat names and all sorts of usernames all over God’s creation.
However, you can never get to all the Internet, as John quickly realized. And trying to become an A–list blogger is like trying to become the best–looking pig in the mud.
Time was when he worked hard to make all this internetty stuff. No more. “Make your own internet, I’m done,” he said. And people stopped talking about him and his site. Behold! the recent linkage:
